The ART Experience

1. Legal Identity & Acceptance

The ART Experience is a brand, program, and experiential platform owned, managed, and operated by Alpine Ramble Treks Pvt. Ltd. (“Alpine Ramble,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing, booking, or participating in any service offered under The ART Experience, you (“Client,” “Participant,” “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Global Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

The ART Experience delivers curated, premium travel and experiential services, including but not limited to:

Travel planning and logistics

Cultural, artistic, and immersive experiences

Guided tours, expeditions, and bespoke journeys

On-ground coordination through Alpine Ramble and licensed partners

All services are delivered directly or through vetted third-party providers under Alpine Ramble’s operational control.

3. Eligibility & Responsibility

Participants must:

Be legally capable of entering binding agreements

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local customs

Participants are responsible for ensuring:

Valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents

Adequate health, fitness, and insurance coverage

Compliance with safety briefings and operational instructions

4. Booking, Payments & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are communicated at booking

Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment systems

Prices may vary due to taxes, exchange rates, or regulatory changes

Alpine Ramble does not store full credit or debit card details.

5. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by experience and are provided at the time of booking.

General principles:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing

Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to stated timelines

Certain costs (permits, logistics, third-party services) may be non-refundable

Force majeure events may alter refund obligations

6. Changes to Itineraries & Services

Alpine Ramble reserves the right to:

Modify itineraries, schedules, or services for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons

Substitute accommodations, transport, or activities of comparable standard

Adjust programs due to weather, political, environmental, or logistical conditions

Such changes do not constitute breach of contract when made in good faith.

7. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

Participants acknowledge that:

Travel and experiential activities may involve inherent risks

Conditions may be unpredictable or physically demanding

Personal responsibility and situational awareness are essential

Participants agree to:

Disclose relevant medical conditions

Follow all safety instructions

Assume responsibility for personal health and conduct

Alpine Ramble reserves the right to deny participation if safety is compromised.

8. Insurance Requirement

Participants are strongly required to maintain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Medical treatment and evacuation

Trip interruption or cancellation

Personal liability

Loss or damage to personal property

Insurance documentation may be requested prior to participation.

9. Force Majeure

Alpine Ramble shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Acts of government or authorities

Pandemics or public health emergencies

Political instability or conflict

Transportation disruptions

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to mitigate impact.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and intellectual property related to The ART Experience web Application, Design, Layout, and content strategy remain the exclusive property of HIDDENLYER NETWORK PVT via Trabra.ai, with exclusive rights to use for commercial purposes for Alpine Ramble

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Conduct & Termination

Participants must:

Respect local laws, cultures, and communities

Refrain from behavior that endangers others or disrupts operations

Alpine Ramble reserves the right to:

Terminate participation without refund for serious misconduct

Remove individuals whose actions compromise safety or integrity

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Alpine Ramble shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Ramble Treks Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from:

Breach of these Terms

Negligent or unlawful conduct

Failure to comply with instructions or laws

14. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Global Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

16. Amendments

Alpine Ramble reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
